This morning, a Northern Hawk Owl was at the junction of Lake Cty Rd 2 and Hwy 1. Not present later in the morning.
A Great Gray Owl was hunting along Cty Rd 2, a mile south of the jct with the railroad (the northernmost crossing on 2). Boreal Chickadees (4) at the jct of the Spruce Road and Endless Waters Road, about 0.2 mile north of Hwy 1. Spruce Grouse (lone female) on Cty Rd 2 about 1.5 mile north of Greenwood Lake.
