The listing of RQDs (Request for Documentation) has been changed slightly. The
RQDs have been split into

    1. "Regular Species",
    2. "Casual and Accidental Species", and
    3. "Casual, Accidental and Rare Regular Species" (a subset of the above
two groups)

When you enter an RQD, the species name is used to decide if the species is
"regular" or otherwise.

MOURC (Minnesota Ornothologists' Union Record Committee) votes on the third
subset of RQDs and the Seasonal Reporter Editors use the first set in
generating the Seasonal Report published in The Loon.

For most people this has no effect, but the split has been made to help the
above groups see the reports they are interested in.
