Maybe it's the same one I circling over Crosby park the other day, that headed back in the direction of Black Dog. If so, it flew well enough, but perhaps lacked stamina for a longer flight. If someone should have access to Black Dog and notices it's doing poorly, whom should they contact and how? There are people willing to go in and do boat rescues, but that would require some kind of legal access. Linda Whyte
