Black-headed Grosbeak - waited from 7:45 AM to 8:45 AM when it finally showed
up. Then it stuck around for 10 minutes and I got about a half a roll of film
on it in the cedar trees and in the bird bath drinking.

Boreal Chickadee - in the area of the feeders on Owl Avenue at the bend of the
road about a mile south of Arkola, it came into the deer carcass on the ground
25 feet west of the feeder, then went back into the trees north and west and
not seen or heard again

Rusty Blackbird - 2 feeding on the ground on 7 just north of Arkola, not likely
to stay in this area, a lot of birds were feeding on the ground on the roads
this AM, Pine Gosbeaks were seen several places doing this

Greater Scaup - Canal Park with the smaller group of Goldeneye feeding here at
4:00 PM, stayed close to the wall so hard to see except when it moved further
from the wall

Missed on the Barrows' Goldeneye from Leaf Erickson Park, but there were sure a
lot of goldeneyes in that area. Had a total of 30 species for the day which we
thought was pretty good for us up there. Other miss included no owls or
Evening Grosbeaks.
