Yesterday I walked the short closed section of Black Dog Road by Highway 77??and the flooded areas?along the?railroad tracks in hopes of good numbers of waterfowl but numbers were pretty low.? A few species were around, including my first AMERICAN COOT of the year,? a?lone?CANVASBACK and?NORTHERN PINTAIL and a few RING-NECKED DUCKS, BLACK DUCKS and TRUMPETER SWANS. ? Cheers, ?
