The ice is mostly gone from lakes Calhoun and Harriet in Minneapolis. Today at 2pm. on Lake Calhoun, there were over 100 red-breasted mergansers and northern shovelers, some coots, ring-necked ducks, gadwalls, and red heads. There was a common loon on Lake Harriet.
