Saw Phil Chu's reported Surf Scoter (3:45pm) at the Albany WTP. Diving frequently among the Canvasbacks, Scaups, and Redheads. Likely a 1st year spring male upon discussion w/ Phil. NW corner of the SW pond, suspect it may hang in here yet overnight. mjb
