Obviously it was very late last night when I posted the location of the relatively early Prothonotary Warbler. The location was Millstone Landing not Casperson Landing. I'm really not sure where that came from or for that matter where Casperson Landing is!!

Subject: [mou-net] early Prothonotary Warbler

We came across a relatively early Prothonotary Warbler today at Casperson Landing in Houston county. We know that there are a few April arrival dates for this species (although never by us) but May 2 is almost 2 weeks earler than our normal first date for the year. The bird was singing and feeding to the north of the road and water just before you get to the parking lot.
