Rob and I hiked the Mruephy-Hanrehan horse/pet trails on Monday, and
then the wooded trails across the road from the horse-trail parking
lot. Along the trails to the south of the horse camp, there were
several Henslow's singing, one of them perched in prominent view.
Bobolinks were also present, in the field that has a trail to Minnregs
Lake. On the wooded trails, Hooded Warbler song could be heard near
the entrance, just twice, and then just west of the gate that blocks
entrance to Trail 16.
