UMore Park is mostly south of Rosemount in Empire Township. Biscayne Avenue and 190th St. are easy to find and so is the parking lot. Station Trail is well signed, but is not ID'd on all maps. If you do not have access to to a computer or good maps, I suggest exploring the area. There is lots of wonderful habitat to explore. In fact, I would suggest ignoring the map and hitting the road anyway.
