At the risk of being completely birdie inappropriate and actually begging a
little bit - we are in need of 2 tall stools or tall chairs for the state fair
booth. We currently have to low rider sling chairs that are a challenge for
teenagers to get out of. And since few of us are teenagers - I am sure most of
us find it challenging to get out of the currently used fabric sling chairs we
have. Their height hides us when we are sitting and we look like we need a
booster ejector to get up and engage with folks that do drop by.

Does anyone have two tall stools or chairs or tall captain's chairs or anything
closely related by inferred visual hints that you would be willing to lend the
booth this year? I am not sure that if someone gave them to us that we would
have a permanent storage place for them after the fair - so just loaners would
be appreciated - and appreciated more if the act could be repeated on an annual
basis.

Please check your garages or storage rooms for them. I am sure someone out
there has two tall stools or captain's chairs that are gathering dust and would
appreciate supporting a birder's burden during the 12 days of the fair. Also -
for anyone out there who has been looking for a reason to replace those tall
stools or chairs that you have been using at your breakfast bar even though the
ones you have are fully functional and perfect - but new ones in your home are
the ca't meow - please consider this as the opportunity and excuse to pursue
the redecoration.

Please let me know if you have something by replying to me and Jennifer - I
will be out of pocket and fishing diligently in the Questico next week.

We need your chairs. - Just two please.

By the way - only a few spots left for the staff spots on the booth. Please
jump in and take advantage of this fun and memorable opportunity. I just got
the clicking, spinning wheel thingie that will draw kids in and add so much to
our booth. You will be able to say you staffing during the inaugural year of
the new fair birdie booth.
