hi birders , 9 of us birded ww hills nature center this am. it turned out to be a great morning as the rain had blown through and the sun came out for most of the walk. of the 50 species of birds that were seen included golden winged warblers (2) chesnut sided, b...@w, nashville ,tennesee, redstart,yellow thr,and yellow. also 3 vireos including lots of red eyed, warbling and 1 yellow throated. many rose breasted grosbeaks,cedar waxwings, robins, bluejays and catbirds amazed us with there nos.also a great horned owl , osprey, green herons,piliated wp graced us with there presence. thanks to all who intended on a very special birding morning.look for my posts for next week.
