A well-described Swallow-tailed Kite was seen Thursday afternoon in Wabasha, Wabasha County by Larry Kopischke, Mike Lidgerding, and Patrick Kane who reported to me this morning. It circled over the observers for five minutes then sailed off to the north along the Mississippi River.
