Wednesday September 22Joined the WSO Jaegerfest folks this morning (Daryl Tessen, Robbye Johnson, et. al) on Wisconsin Point (first pullout) Two Parasitic Jaegers regularly patrolling the thousands of gulls sitting on the glassy calm waters. Overhead once. Also...1 Red-throated Loon3-plus Red-necked Grebes3 Franklin's Gulls (before I got there...Saw adult here yesterday)Dowitcher fly over (Several WSO folks saw a winter-plumaged Pacific Loon yesterday...seen from lighthouse all the way to first pull out)(Other sightings since Monday by WSO folks: all 3 Jaeger spp on Monday, Blk-legged Kittiwake, Sabine's Gulls)
