[mou-net] White-winged Scoter - Hennepin County - Lake Harriet

This morning about 10:00 A.M. I saw an adult male White-winged Scoter on Lake 
Harriet.  It was near the middle of the lake hanging out with a Pied-billed 
grebe.  
 
There were a couple of Common loons too, but very few other waterfowl.
