[mou-net] Long tailed duck-Vadnais Lake

The duck was still there at 4PM. It's at the north east side- more east 
than north. We had great views(with a scope) from the "pump house" or 
whatever it is at the south end of Sucker Lake Road just after entering the 
one-way road. It was still nearest some goldeneye; however there were many 
ring necked as well.
