For anyone who knew Goodman "Goodie" Larson, sad news of his passing
on Monday, 11/1.
Goodman was a longtime MOU member, conservation farmer and lifelong
birder. He along with Dr. Walter Breckenridge established the annual
Salt Lake Bird Count in Lac Qui Parle County in western Minnesota.
In 1984 he was the recipient of the Thomas S. Roberts award for
outstanding contributions to Minnesota ornithology.
His wife Marjorie is doing well and sends her greetings to all who
knew Goodman.
This Saturday, 11/6 from 2-3:30pm there will be an open house
memorial service in the Parkwood Shores Senior Campus community room
at 3633 Park Center Blvd. St Louis Park, MN 55416.
