Does anyone have any experience with applications for birding on mobile devices, particularly iPhone or iPad apps? I'm a new owner of an iPad and would appreciate any information back channel. I would especially be interested in information on how well they manage keeping track of birds seen; trip lists, etc., as well as life lists. I already have the usual paper field guides for IDing. It seems that Sibley, Peterson, Nat'l Geographic and Audubon all have a product along with iBird. Any others?
Thanks again for any back channel info! This is my answer to Pastor Al's recent question of what to do in the slow season.... Mark LaRose ---- Join or Leave mou-net: http://lists.umn.edu/cgi-bin/wa?SUBED1=mou-net Archives: http://lists.umn.edu/archives/mou-net.html
