Baron the GSD and I did our hiking/birding thing today along Canfield Creek,
Forestville State Park in Fillmore County. Looking up from the trail I noted
a kettle of Bald Eagles counting 15 spiraling about. While not unusual this
time of year above the bluffs on the Big River between Wabasha and Harpers
Ferry Iowa this was a first in my experience here 70 miles from the
Mississippi.
