This morning I noticed a flock of more than 60 Bohemian Waxwings in Mounds View, northwestern Ramsey County, along Ardan Avenue near Eastwood Road (45.117899, -93.214343). As far as I know, this is considerably farther south than any other eastern Minnesota report this winter.
