The Audubon Chapter of Minneapolis will participate in National Audubon Society's 111th Annual Christmas Bird Count. There were 2,160 Christmas Bird Counts conducted in 2009 with a total of 55,960,667 birds counted. Be a part of the largest Citizen's Science Project. Newcomers are MOST welcome and will be assigned to a team with a seasoned birder.
WHEN: Saturday, December 18, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. WHERE: Springbrook Nature Center, 100 85th Avenue North, Fridley A fee of $5 will be assessed by the National Audubon Society.
