I appreciate the winter gull photos that have appeared in the MOU showcase, in particular the accompanying tutorials which explain why it is considered what it is. I don¹t get a chance to view many gulls and find these to be helpful. I once bought a book on gull identification. I made it to page 10 before I couldn¹t take any more. ( Turns out it was just the thing for that pesky couch leg though). Anyway, thanks to those posting these images and texts. Kurt
