Around Christmas my parents, my brother and I had similar run in with him. He
was carrying a knife on his hip. We had stopped down the road from his house
and he came walking down the road and asked us what we were doing. He then told
us we could not be there and ranted on as we drove away. He yelled that he had
our license number and would report us to law enforcement (I can't remember if
it was the FBI, CIA, or who, but it did not make sense.)
I wish I would have known about him and avoided that stretch of road. It
definitely was a scary experience.

We did not report him because my experience with law enforcement is usually
less than helpful.
