I just wanted to add on to Thomas Malone's entry as I was at Coon Rapids Dam around noon today.
In addition to what Tom saw, I also spotted one single Ruddy Duck, 2 Redhead, Bufflehead, Hooded Merganser, and quite a few Scaup (I am assuming Lesser as I am not well versed).
