We drove down to Winona yesterday and counted 80 plus eagles on the trip.
Swans and Sandhill Cranes - we found hundreds of Tundra Swans, Sandhill Cranes and several species of ducks, including some beautiful Shovelers in a corn field just south of Kellogg, Minnesota on Wabasha County Road 84. Take County Road 84 east off of Hwy 61 about 2 - 3 miles . The birds were in a field on the South side of Cty Road 84. Bring your scope. It was awesome!
