[mou-net] Lost parakeet: Waconia Carver County

A friend of ours lost their male Parakeet. They live near Lake Waconia 
in Carver County.

* The parakeet's name is Beauty.  He is very friendly and does respond 
when you call his name.

* He is banded

* He is green with yellow and has a spot of blue on his head
