Hello Minnesota Birders, I'm a graduate student at UMN in the Conservation Biology Program. As part of my thesis research, I will spend the next couple of summers studying the breeding population of Nighthawks in the Twin Cities. Hopefully this research can inform conservation efforts to maintain or even restore declining Nighthawk populations. In order to complete my research, I need to find nests! For this, I could really use the help of the local birding community. If you are seeing Nighthawks consistently, please let me know where you are seeing them so I can check it out. I'm including a link to a worksheet with information about Nighthawks and some detailed questions about Nighthawk sightings. If you have the time to fill this out and return it to me, I'd really appreciate it. https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&pid=explorer&chrome=true&srcid=0B4Xi-44OmFL4OWRiZGViMDUtMDAwNS00NGE4LThhYWEtMTZlZjE0ZmMxMTll&hl=en_US&authkey=CNyT3ZAD
