I had posted earlier this spring about an apparent lack in Kestrel numbers around Stearns County, and in talking the other day with some co-workers we still couldn't put together a handful of sightings this entire summer and fall. Just curious if anybody else is having the same issue, or possible speculation on some reasons why I might not be seeing as many these days. Thanks and have a great New Year!!
