[mou-net] Meeker Cty. Solitaire

Herb Dingman and I refound the T. Solitaire this afternoon (Sun. 03/04) that 
has been seen on and off the past month or so at the Litchfield Nature Center 
in Meeker Cty.  It was seen around 4 pm in the same clump of pines and cedars 
and junipers where it was originally found.
