Golden eagle, 3 turkey vultures and a bluebird on a nest box at Carpenter
Nature Center around 3-4pm today. Came home to our place outside of Hugo
and saw our first bluebird on our new property--nestbox advice would be
appreciated as we are new to this part of NA. Other new arrivals this week
were huge flocks of robins, a few common grackles, kildeer, kestrels, short
eared owl and barred owl.

My surprise this evening around 6pm was what sounded like two sandhill
cranes calling-- but a very loud truck was driving by on 152nd and I didn't
hear the call again. Has anyone seen/heard them recently in WA County?
