Wednesday there were about a hundred Canada Geese, Mallards and two Buffleheads in Lion's Park pond, along with several Robins and RWBB. Today I saw and heard a Song Sparrow, heard a Mourning Dove in two different areas, saw several RWBB, a Brown Creeper, and about 10 Sandhill Cranes flying above me.
Also a Great Blue Heron past the rookery on County Road 42 in Dayton. However no other herons were in the nests.
