April 14, 2012 Minnesota Valley National Wildlife RefugeRapids Lake UnitVisitor Center - loop trail Enjoyed a nice walk at the refuge this morning. There were lots of Wild Turkeys calling, along with Yellow-bellied Sapsuckers and Field Sparrows. Along the entrance road to the visitor center there was a Northern Harrier and an Eastern Meadowlark. There were a few migrant Sparrows, by the feeders. But we did not see any Warblers or Kinglets this morning.
