Once again our local pine warbler is back on territory 4/14 in the pines next
to our place in Longville. Unfortunately, next year he will return to no
habitat since the property has been sold right out from under us and the pines
will be removed as a house will probably be built in their place. Progress is
a harsh reality and needless to say I am very depressed.
