Ron Erpelding called to report that the Surf Scoter at the Prairie Island spillway in Winona is still present as of 7:45 Tuesday Morning. Last night we were surprised to hear Whip-Poor-Wills at numerous locations in Fillmore, Winona and Houston counties.
