2 to 3 dozen Common Terns were observed today at Rice Lake National Wildlife Refuge Mandy Lake, Aitkin County, and 9 were observed at the Ironton Sewer Ponds, Co. Rd. 31, Crow Wing County. Also at the Ironton Sewer Ponds was a Black- bellied Plover & 4 Lesser Yellowlegs. Jo Blanich Crow Wing County
