Spent some time looking at the Sherburne NWR Auto Tour's small cormorant. Except for the size, can't find anything else that says Neo-tropical.
However, my total experience with this species consists of one fly-away in the cities. Could someone who knows neo-trops stop by & look at this bird? Thanks!
