As far as my personal Harrier sitings, I've only ever seen a Harrier once
in Hennepin County last fall, but I had two sitings of Harriers this spring
at Rapids Lake in Carver County and in Pine County.  Also saw a bunch this
spring when we went to Crex Meadows just over the border in Wisconsin for
the day.

I took a look at eBird and it seems like Harriers across the whole state
are being seen at a greater frequency, on average, when compared with
2009-2011.
