Hi All--

I was delighted to band my first fall migrant in Northfield yesterday--a
Yellow-bellied Flycatcher. Delighted, except does this mean we are in for
an early winter? I suspect we can not predict, since the earliest fall
migration dates for southern Minnesota are all in July. I photographed the
bird and blogged about it: http://dantallmansbirdblog.blogspot.com
