This Saturday (August 11th) the third Birds and Beers Duluth will take place. Feel free to come and go as you please, whether it's to be stopping by for a beer or quick snack, or to hang out for the entire duration of the evening. This month's Birds and Beers starts at 6pm, and is held at Sir Benedict's Tavern on the Lake.
If you arrive into town and head east of the central part of downtown Duluth (staying on Superior Street), you'll see Sir Ben's on the uphill side of the road near 8th Avenue east. Sir Benedict's address is below. 805 East Superior Street Duluth, MN 55802 I've named this month's gathering "Preparation for the Migration," as we're getting very close to massive movements of bird migration coming through; and in particular, the local concentration of migrating raptors that will be passing through soon at Hawk Ridge Bird Observatory.
