The Plover is on west end of Otter Lake, Not Campbell. This is about 3/4 of a mile past the Burger King/SuperAmerica corner on Hwy. 7 going west of Hutch. Because of the sun, morning and late afternoon/evening viewing is best. There are about 200+ Franklin's Gulls with some Ring-billed, also Least and Greater Yellows, and occasionally a scary eagle.
