I just received a call from Ron Erpelding reporting that he saw the Say's Phoebe at 9:30 am at the Beachway Motel, which is along Scenic Hwy 61 just E of the McQuade Rd boat launch/harbor.
Also calling this morning was Erik Bruhnke whose Duluth Audubon group had a Harlequin Duck this morning on the lake side of Park Point just S of Canal Park (presumably a female-plumaged bird; possibly the same individual seen Oct 5 at Two Harbors).
