Three people asked for the location of the catbird in Shoreview. I answered all three, but at least one recipient did not receive my e-mail. Perhaps the large attachment (an inartistic but identifiable photo of the bird) was to blame. If you asked but did not hear from me, let me know.
The photo of the bird can be seen here http://www.bachster.com/misc/grca20121213a.JPG I saw the bird visit my birdbath (near feeders) at least three separate times between 8 AM and 9:30 AM today. I haven't seen it since, but I didn't get a chance to keep a close watch for it. I'm hopeful it will be back tomorrow, and I will post here if it is.
