I saw a Chipping Sparrow today gleaning what it could find alongside of Contract Interiors (120 W Plato Blvd) in St. Paul. There are some ornamental conifers that line the building so perhaps the bird has some fidelity to that location as a roosting site. There are several businesses that feed birds in the vicinity but I don't know if this species comes to feeders much. Also had a Merlin, yesterday at the corner of West Colorado and Winslow in St. Paul.
