I've been to see them twice and never saw the band. I will be going out again
to look for it.

Reason for my post; is there a location one could visit to inquire about
registered bird bands? If someone spots one, should they report it somewhere?
If so, what information should be gathered (without disturbing the bird)?

I hope this isn't too basic of a question, I'm new to birding and these were my
first Peregrine Falcons.
