Hi, Jim Otto just called me and reported he was at Lake Byllesby looking at a Ruff found earlier in the day by Bruce Baer. He was looking from the Dakota county park area on the west end of the lake, west of the cemetery. Park in the small pullout here and walk down the hill to the lake. I don't have any more details.
