I had lunch at the Princeton Sewage Ponds today (Sherburne County).  I saw all
the shorebirds Al Schirmacher mentioned in his earlier email (except the
dunlin), but adding solitary sandpiper.

They are pumping water into that pond, and mudflats are slowly being covered.
The diversity of shorebirds improved substantially from yesterday, however.
It's a good spot to check if you're in the area.

From Hwy. 169, follow County Road 2 (313th Ave) east to 120th St (about a block
past the Evangelical Free Church).  There's a green street sign for 120th.
Turn left/north on this dead end road that takes you back to the pond.
