A tiny (inch or so) broken egg shell, blue, probably blown from the nest, with an embryo inside. Seeing the tiny perfectly shaped head including a miniscule eye dot and very wee bill was a first for me. I still feel bad for the mom who worked hard to get everything to that point. We've been having very strong winds on Park Point this summer.
