Assuming by example the recent straight-laced Buff-breasted Sandpiper report,
it was not without a jubilant "al-right! cruising through my heart and soul,
even though it was presented as a one sentence report. It's nice to add a
small quip of expression when posting sometimes, but avoid a lengthy
elaboration. Each sighting event usually has quite a fun storyline to go with
it including the stories from the subsequent birders who latch onto the
sighting as well. An additional Facebook entry would allow for this aspect of
birding camaraderie. Best to you...though these mighty hot-windy days have
jumped up to number one in my chart for "tough-birding," the Buff-breasteds
took a good patch of that agony away! :) mjb
