Today at 11:00 a.m. there was a Red-necked Phalarope where Hodgson Rd. crosses 
the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes.  This is just north of Birch St. and south of 
Lake Dr. There is room to park on the shoulder.  
I also saw several Lesser Yellowlegs and a Stilt Sandpiper.  You have to be 
standing south of the bridge to see the mudflat where the phalarope was feeding.
