My brother-in-law spotted a snowy owl fly-over and perch on the Queen of Peace Parish church (4th St and Avenue F.) in Cloquet around dusk today (Saturday, December 28). I watched it for about 20-30 minutes before it flew off north toward the downtown / St. Louis River area.
